We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Aritzia! Our Customer Experience Associates are the face of our brand and a key part of our business. This position requires an outgoing, approachable individual who can provide outstanding customer service and help drive sales and revenue.The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a passionate commitment to the Aritzia brand. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for the Aritzia brand
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  5. Assist customers in making product selections that best meet their needs
  6. Create a welcoming in-store environment to enhance customer experience
  7. Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
  8. Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
  9. Remain up to date on company products, services, and promotions
  10. Meet customer satisfaction goals and exceed expectations
