  1. Lead the Oracle HCM support team and provide guidance and direction to team members.
  2. Ensure the smooth functioning of the company's HR systems, specifically Oracle HCM.
  3. Provide exceptional customer support to internal employees and troubleshoot any issues they may have with the HR systems.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Oracle HCM to continuously improve and optimize the system.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for HR systems.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the HR systems.
  7. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Analyze and report on system performance and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.
  9. Manage vendor relationships and escalate any technical issues to them as needed.
  10. Train and onboard new team members on the company's HR systems and processes.
  11. Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for system updates or changes.
  12. Proactively identify potential system issues and work to resolve them before they affect users.
  13. Create and maintain project plans for system upgrades or implementations.
  14. Communicate with stakeholders about system updates, changes, and downtime in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Continuously monitor and report on system usage and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Oracle Hcm: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Oracle Hcm And Its Various Modules, Including Core Hr, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Support Lead, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Support Analysts And Ensure Timely Resolution Of Issues And Escalations.

  • Technical Expertise: In Addition To Knowledge Of Oracle Hcm, The Candidate Should Also Have A Strong Technical Background With Experience In Sql, Pl/Sql, And Other Relevant Languages And Tools To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Support Lead Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Users, It Teams, And Vendors. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.
