  1. Conduct research and data analysis to identify and evaluate mechanical engineering solutions for various projects and products.
  2. Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems according to industry standards and company guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers and manufacturing engineers, to ensure mechanical designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
  4. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models of mechanical components.
  5. Perform calculations and simulations to assess the performance and reliability of mechanical designs.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the design, development, and testing phases, and propose solutions to resolve them.
  7. Keep up-to-date with advancements in mechanical engineering technology and techniques, and apply them to enhance product design and development processes.
  8. Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients.
  9. Adhere to quality and safety standards and regulations in all aspects of work.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for mechanical designs.
  14. Participate in meetings, conferences, and seminars to share knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Design And Analysis
