  1. Develop and implement sustainability data collection strategies and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  2. Monitor and analyze sustainability data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data from various business units and departments.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations.
  5. Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on sustainability data collection and reporting.
  6. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as sustainability organizations and industry groups.
  8. Prepare and present reports on sustainability performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability data and reporting, providing guidance and support to colleagues and leadership.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sustainability data and reporting.
  11. Lead and manage a team of sustainability data analysts, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as CSR and EHS, to align sustainability goals and initiatives.
  13. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in sustainability data and reporting processes.
  14. Communicate the company's sustainability goals and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Represent the company at sustainability conferences, events, and meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Data Management And Reporting, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Sustainability Reporting Frameworks And Standards Such As Gri, Cdp, And Sasb.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Analyzing Large Datasets.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Sustainability Initiatives.
