Project Management Experience: As A Leader, The Individual Must Have Experience Managing Complex It Projects From Start To Finish, Including Creating Project Plans, Managing Resources, And Ensuring Timely Delivery.
Technical Expertise: The Role Requires A Strong Background In Information Technology, Including Experience With Database Management, System Integration, And Software Development. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Overseeing The Implementation And Maintenance Of Ebs At Arconic.
