- Provide legal support and advice to global commercial operations at Arconic.
- Work with a diverse group of clients and business units to address commercial legal matters.
- Utilize strong knowledge of commercial law to advise on a wide range of legal issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business units to assess and address legal needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with other legal team members to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and communicate changes and updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business units and external legal counsel as needed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to business units on legal matters.
- Handle legal disputes and litigation as needed.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all legal matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

Bachelor's Degree In Law Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Legal Principles And Practices Is Essential For A Counsel, Commercial Role At Arconic.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commercial Law: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Commercial Contracts, Negotiations, And Regulatory Compliance.
Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Laws And Regulations: Arconic Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, So Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
