Application Analyst

The Application Analyst is responsible for production support and enhancing the locations applications. The incumbent will also take a leading role in ensuring compliance through leadership of the locations internal audit processes. Analyze, enhance and supports business processes. Develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes in their area(s) of assignment, and a general understanding of the GRP business. Take initiative to identify and implement system and/or process improvements to support business objectives. Effectively utilizes project methodology and tools to deliver solutions and communicate status. Operate within and influence IS standards and conventions and promotes adherence within the IS organization Ensure location is compliant with corporate and BU IT policies through conducting ASATs. Adopt / lead standardization of business processes through systems implementations. Collaborate / coordinate system changes with IT counterparts across the BU. Pursue continuous learning consistent with changes in technology, and uses this to influence IS direction.
