Bachelor's Degree In Horticulture Or A Related Field: A Supervisory Horticulturist At Architect Of The Capitol Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Horticulture Or A Related Field. This Education Serves As A Strong Foundation For Understanding Plant Biology, Soil Science, And Other Essential Principles Of Horticulture.
Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively, Delegate Tasks, And Ensure The Successful Completion Of Projects.
