- Develop and implement project plans for various construction and renovation projects, ensuring that all work adheres to relevant building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee and coordinate all aspects of project design, construction, and maintenance.
- Conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments to identify potential risks and develop solutions to address any challenges that may arise during the project.
- Act as a liaison between the Architect of the Capitol team and external stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and community members, to ensure open communication and successful project outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify optimal materials, techniques, and technologies for use in construction and renovation projects.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure they align with the overall goals and standards of the Architect of the Capitol.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, including identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in engineering and architecture to continually improve project outcomes and processes.
- Uphold the mission and values of the Architect of the Capitol and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Architecture, Or A Related Field
Professional Engineering (Pe) Or Architectural Registration (Ra) Certification
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management For Large-Scale Construction Projects
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Standards
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Multidisciplinary Team And Work With Stakeholders At All Levels.
