- Oversee and coordinate all building services and maintenance operations for the Architect of the Capitol.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all facilities, including historic buildings.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules for all buildings.
- Manage and supervise a team of building service technicians and custodial staff.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and identify any issues or areas in need of attention.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all building services activities.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on building services operations and projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of building services policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee external contractors and vendors as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with building systems or equipment.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Architecture, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Building Management Or Facilities Coordination
