  1. Provide administrative support to the department by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records and files.
  2. Assist with budget tracking and financial data entry.
  3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  5. Act as a liaison between department and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
  6. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
  7. Help plan and coordinate department events and meetings.
  8. Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  10. Conduct research and gather data to support department initiatives and projects.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  12. Proactively identify and suggest ways to improve administrative processes and procedures.
  13. Assist with onboarding new employees and provide administrative support to department staff as needed.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Administrative Experience In A Professional Setting, Preferably In Government Or Construction Industry.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Government Policies And Procedures, Particularly Related To Budgeting, Procurement, And Record-Keeping.
