Systems Administrator
Responsible for engaging with multiple internal Aon teams, vendors and key stakeholders for performing requirement analysis, solution design, development, review, deployment, and testing in Infrastructure and Application Monitoring space. This role provides exposure to all best-in-class monitoring solutions available in market for end-to-end monitoring of applications/infrastructures.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
8+ years of experience with enterprise monitoring solutions.
Understanding of ITIL framework, preferred exposure on ServiceNow Incident/Problem/Change Management processes
Application Monitoring: NewRelic or DATADOG
Scripting knowledge of any mentioned technologies
ITIL 4 Certification
Automation tools and mindset to continuously improve availability with monitoring
