Job Description

The Associate Partner will be helping clients to solve related business challenges through sophisticated analytical tools and benchmarking data. The candidate should have comfort across a variety of business situations, including reward strategy, governance and M&A related activities. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our Strategic Advisory practice! This practice leads Aon’s human capital consulting in three key areas: Total Rewards, Mergers & Acquisitions and Communication.

  • Experience in analyzing and solving rewards-related business challenges

  • Particular expertise in the design and delivery of employee-focused reward surveys

  • Optimally work as a leader or member of a team and to collaborate with subject-matter experts across the firm.
