Digital Assets/Web 3 Business Leader

In this role, you will engage directly with C-level executives and influence at all levels of the organization to further establish Aon as the leader in innovating digital asset solutions. Serve as a key member of the Innovation core team to help drive content, marketing, and technical strategy. Develop and articulate the value proposition and work closely with Marketing partners to develop materials. Define the strategy / vision around the Growth Accelerator. Working across the firm to identify potential solutions that fit within the portfolio. Lead portfolio of solutions aligned to this Growth Accelerator. Define and size enterprise segments, identify key use cases across clients, and identify industry partners. Build strategic business development plans for identified opportunities and ensure these plans are in line with the Aon’s Innovation team strategic direction.
