Aviation Broker
Handling policy & coverage related questions from staff issuing Certificates of Insurance. Investigating accounting queries as required. Attending internal pre-renewal strategy meetings with Broker, as required. Gathering new and renewal documentation including schedules, and application forms. Generating binder documentation & expiring schedules, to be provided to the Broker Supporting Brokers with general day-to-day client servicing. In consultation with the broker, reviewing and requesting corrections to policy documents from Insurer and follow up for timely delivery of correct policy documents. Engaging the broker if insurers are not delivering in accordance with our service standards. Requesting assistance from the Broker if unclear on how to proceed.
