Compliance Analyst

This position will be responsible for providing various support functions to the corporate regulatory team. Ensure proper licensure for all activities performed within AmWINS, surplus lines tax reporting and payment, proper placement procedures, M&A activity and compliance with each state’s regulation as it relates to a wholesale insurance broker, TPA, claims adjuster and any other types of business transactions performed within the firm. Provide oversight in several areas to ensure compliance from our production teams as well as the surplus lines tax teams. Summarize data in a way that is productive to those outside of the compliance department.
