
Project Controls Schedulers for Infrastructure Capital Delivery

- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software.
- Monitor and track project progress against established timelines and identify potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Communicate project status updates and schedule changes to stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze project data and provide recommendations for schedule adjustments to optimize project delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors and external partners to integrate their schedules into the overall project timeline.
- Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards to track schedule performance and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling expertise and insights.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project scheduling processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential schedule risks.
- Ensure project scheduling compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior project controls schedulers.
- Represent Amtrak in a professional manner and adhere to company values and ethics.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Scheduling And Controls In The Infrastructure Or Transportation Industry.
Proficiency In Project Scheduling Software Such As Primavera P6 Or Microsoft Project.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Techniques.
