- Lead and manage complex projects within the transportation industry to support Amtrak's mission.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee project teams and provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct regular project evaluations to assess performance and make necessary adjustments for improvement.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Relevant Certifications Are A Plus.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Remote And Virtual Teams.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Large-Scale, Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget. Experience With Agile Methodology Is Highly Desirable.
