Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl) With Passenger Endorsement: This Qualification Is Essential For Operating Amtrak's Motor Equipment, Which Includes Buses, Vans, And Other Large Vehicles That Transport Passengers.
Experience Operating Large Vehicles: Amtrak Is Looking For Candidates Who Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Operating Large Vehicles, Preferably In A Commercial Setting.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations: As A Motor Equipment Operator At Amtrak, It Is Important To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations, Including Those Set By The Department Of Transportation (Dot).
