Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and organized Manager, Track Maintenance & Construction, who has a passion for Amtrak's mission of providing safe and reliable passenger rail transport. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of track maintenance and construction professionals in the Northeast Corridor.You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field and the ability to think proactively and make sound decisions. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is a plus.You'll be responsible for supervising track maintenance and construction activities and ensuring Amtrak's safety standards are met. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing standards and procedures to ensure the success of the team.
