
Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist
The Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist will utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile techniques to improve process performance and deliver superior internal-facing enterprise-wide results. Will research and propose process metrics and gather data to document process efficiency gains. Evaluates the effectiveness of existing business processes and solutions by establishing baseline metrics and performing comparative, trend, and/or other analyses. Performs independent data-gathering research. Analyzes and synthesizes complex data sets. Leads stakeholders to align on project objectives, scope boundaries, resources, solution requirements, and solutions. Supports or leads continuous improvement project delivery by collaborating with stakeholders, colleagues, and senior management to implement system and/or process improvements. 6 years of business analysis, business process improvement / business process reengineering, business systems analysis
Familiarity with project management principles and/or experience working in a project management environment.
Experience facilitating a continuous improvement effort from concept to solution delivery with a team of stakeholders.
Experience with Finance or Grants Management modules of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
