Job Description

Execution and oversees Enterprise Asset Management standards including data collection and reporting for designated areas. Assists with gaining enterprise compliance with the AMTRAK EAM Policy by establishing supporting standards, processes, procedures, and guidance. Supports EAM System planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement. Conducts accurate inventories to support planning and reporting for designated areas. Assesses assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion within assigned areas. Ensures assigned areas follow guidelines and procedures necessary for the organization to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policy. Provides guidance, direction, motivation, training, and supports staff training to ensure compliance with federal regulations for procurement, timely turnaround, and cost-effective acquisitions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain/procurement or related experience.

  • Experience with federal asset management requirements and knowledge or application regulations required.

  • Experience managing federally funded projects desired

  • Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or other certifications from APICS.
