
HR Investigations Specialist
Investigates complex and sensitive internal disputes, including complaints of discrimination and harassment, using best practice investigatory procedures. Prepares effective investigative plans. Collects and analyzes witness statements and documentary evidence and makes credibility determinations. Prepares thoughtful and thorough investigative reports and recommendations for corrective action. Advises and assists managers and other internal stakeholders on EEO related matters. Educates managers and employees, through one on one interactions and formal trainings, on prevention of workplace harassment. Builds internal professional relationships to effectuate HR Compliance initiatives and policies. Maintains thorough records of investigations.
3 years of relevant experience, including working in EEO, Law, Employee Relations, and/or Human Resources
S/PHR and/or SHRM S/CP Certification
Fast paced and time-sensitive environment.
Ability to work independently and ensure investigations are completed within appropriate timelines
