Job Description

Responsible for the development and implementation of Amtrak’s HR Workforce Analytics strategy for the tools and insights needed to make data-driven strategic decisions that drive business results. Serve as the data integration solution architect for the next generation HR SAP implementation. Lead a high performing team to provide insights to HR professional operational leaders and c-suite executives that enable decisions, predict, and measure business impact, improve performance. Provide strategic support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytic capabilities. Partner across HR to develop a standard set of key performance indicators, robust self-service reporting capability and manager dashboards in appliance ERP / HCM solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing department and enterprise level capital and operating budgets.

  • 10 years of HR SAP management (or equivalent HCM) experience.

  • Exposure and understanding of reporting and HR systems. Specific experience with the SAP/SF reporting and Power BI analytics tools

  • Experience leading large scale company-wide programs and initiatives

  • Demonstrated acumen with metrics and/or KPI development, tracking and evaluation
