  1. Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  2. Lead a team of data analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide valuable insights.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to identify and address key business challenges and opportunities.
  4. Use advanced data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data-driven insights to executive leadership.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and customer insights to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  7. Partner with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and efficient data management practices.
  8. Present data-driven recommendations and strategies to senior leadership to influence decision-making and drive business results.
  9. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization by providing training and support to individuals and teams.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze data to measure the impact of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Utilize customer feedback and market research to inform data analysis and provide a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  12. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for data analytics projects.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  14. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations.
  15. Act as a thought leader in data analytics and customer insights, contributing to industry conferences, publications, and other forums.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Data Analytics Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Goals.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Extraction, Manipulation, And Visualization Techniques, As Well As Experience With Relevant Tools And Software (E.g. Sql, Tableau, Python, Etc.).

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
