- Drive growth and elevate the Amtrak brand through innovative and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, products, and customer experience.
- Manage and oversee the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to support and enhance brand initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in brand strategy and utilize this knowledge to inform and improve our brand strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of brand strategists and developers to ensure a high level of performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to present brand strategy and development plans, progress updates, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Brand Strategy And Development, Preferably In The Transportation Or Hospitality Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Innovative Brand Strategies That Drive Business Growth And Improve Brand Perception.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Market Trends And Consumer Insights To Inform Brand Strategy.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives To Drive Brand Initiatives.
