Chef - OBS Trainee

1. Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs.

3. Help create menus and recipes for onboard meals, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
4. Work closely with other members of the onboard services team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with passengers and colleagues.
6. Continuously strive to improve culinary skills and techniques through training and feedback from supervisors.
7. Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
8. Ensure that all meals are presented and served in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
9. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and labeling of food items.

13. Collaborate with other departments, such as the onboard services and dining car attendants, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for passengers.
