  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient access to life-saving medicines.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of value and access strategies.
  3. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for Amgen's portfolio of products.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute pricing strategies for Amgen's products.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to market access and pricing.
  6. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and identify insights to inform value and access strategies.
  7. Drive the development of value propositions and messaging for Amgen's products.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of value and access strategies.
  10. Lead the development of business plans and forecasts for Amgen's portfolio of products.
  11. Communicate value and access strategies and updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  12. Participate in the development and execution of launch plans for new products.
  13. Keep abreast of changes in the healthcare landscape and provide recommendations for adapting value and access strategies accordingly.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to Amgen's mission of serving patients and making a difference in the world of healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Business, Economics, Health Policy, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Value And Access Strategy.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems, Payer Decision-Making Processes, And Pricing/Reimbursement Dynamics.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Developing Successful Value And Access Strategies For New Products.

  • Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
