Develop and drive the medical strategy for Rheumatology and Dermatology products in the US market.
Provide medical leadership and guidance for cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical development.
Serve as the primary medical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory agencies.
Stay current on the latest developments and trends in the Rheumatology and Dermatology fields, and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for the company.
Partner with key opinion leaders and other external experts to gather feedback and insights on products and disease areas.
Lead the development and execution of medical education and communication initiatives for healthcare professionals and patients.
Collaborate with the global medical team to ensure alignment and consistency of medical strategies and activities.
Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all medical activities.
Support the development and review of scientific publications, including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
Contribute to the development and execution of clinical trials, including study design and protocol development.
Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, providing accurate and timely information.
Mentor and train other team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge of the Rheumatology and Dermatology space.
Represent Amgen at scientific conferences and meetings, presenting data and engaging with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments, such as market access and commercial, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and customer needs.
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centricity, ensuring that the development and communication of medical strategies prioritize the needs of patients.

Job Qualifications

Medical Degree: The Ideal Candidate For A Us Medical Lead, Rheumatology/Dermatology Position At Amgen Should Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited University.
