  1. Assist in the development and implementation of ESG initiatives within the company.
  2. Conduct research on sustainability practices and trends in the biotech industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
  4. Participate in meetings and workshops to learn about the company's mission, values, and sustainability goals.
  5. Help create and maintain reports and data related to ESG initiatives.
  6. Support the communication and promotion of ESG efforts both internally and externally.
  7. Identify and develop partnerships with organizations and stakeholders to further ESG initiatives.
  8. Contribute to the planning and execution of community service and volunteer events related to sustainability.
  9. Continuously learn about ESG standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  10. Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  11. Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to ESG initiatives.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Attend company events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand knowledge of the biotech industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Environmental, Social, And Governance (Esg) Principles And Practices.

  • Excellent Research And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Data Related To Sustainability And Corporate Responsibility.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
