Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new and emerging technologies that can drive innovation and improve business processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology projects and initiatives.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with them to ensure successful implementation of technology strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform technology strategy and decision-making.
Identify and prioritize technology investments based on business needs and potential impact.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and communicate a clear technology roadmap.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
