Lead and manage a team of technical professionals responsible for Salesforce Automated Testing.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of software development processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry standard tools and techniques.
Oversee the execution of automated tests and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Salesforce Automated Testing.
Identify and proactively address any potential risks or issues in the testing process.
Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of automated tests with other systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams on Salesforce Automated Testing best practices.
Foster a culture of quality and innovation within the team and the organization as a whole.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Salesforce Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Testing Best Practices And Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Automated Testing Solutions Within A Salesforce Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Testing Tools: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Testing Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Provar, And Apexmocks. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Custom Testing Scripts And Integrating Them With Ci/Cd Pipelines.
Leadership Skills: A Tech Lead Is Expected To Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To The Testing Team. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Tech Lead, The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues Related To Automated Testing. They Should Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Interpret Test Results And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.
Salesforce Certifications: Amgen May Require The Candidate To Possess Relevant Salesforce Certifications Such As Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate's Expertise And Proficiency In Salesforce Development And Testing.
