Develop and implement learning strategies to support the growth and success of global development teams.
Work closely with various teams to identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Create and deliver engaging and impactful training programs, utilizing various methods such as e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge is incorporated into training materials.
Monitor the effectiveness and impact of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business goals.
Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on learning and development opportunities.
Manage and maintain learning management systems and other training platforms.
Stay informed on changes and updates to products and processes, and incorporate this information into training materials.
Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Act as a role model for continuous learning and development, demonstrating a desire to continuously improve and grow.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Represent the company at conferences and events related to learning and development.

Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge Of Product Development Processes And Regulatory Requirements: A Ta/Product Knowledge & Learning Manager At Amgen Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Product Development Cycle, Including Pre-Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, And Regulatory Approval Processes. This Knowledge Is Essential For Effectively Managing Global Development Projects And Ensuring Compliance With All Relevant Regulations.
Experience In Training And Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs, Specifically In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Includes Creating Training Materials, Conducting Training Sessions, And Assessing The Effectiveness Of Training Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Ta/Product Knowledge & Learning Manager, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And External Partners Is Crucial. This Role Involves Collaborating With Individuals From Different Backgrounds And Cultures, So Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Facilitating Productive Discussions.
Project Management Expertise: Amgen's Global Development Projects Are Complex And Involve Multiple Stakeholders And Timelines. The Ta/Product Knowledge & Learning Manager Must Have Excellent Project Management Skills To Ensure That Projects Are Delivered On Time, Within Budget, And According To Quality Standards.
Proven Leadership Abilities: The Ta/Product Knowledge & Learning Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Professionals And Ensuring Their Development And Success. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Engage Team Members, Provide Feedback, And Manage Performance. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Is Preferred.
