Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive efficiency, optimize costs, and improve operational performance.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations.
Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet business objectives.
Oversee logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Familiarity With Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And/Or Jda.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Teams And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Departments.
Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Fda And Eu Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).
