- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet business objectives.
- Oversee logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Familiarity With Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And/Or Jda.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Teams And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Departments.
Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Fda And Eu Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).
