  1. Develop and implement effective governance processes for external suppliers in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, acting as the main point of contact for all governance-related matters.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supplier risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier processes, systems, and performance to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate and educate internal stakeholders on supplier governance processes and requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain supplier governance metrics and reporting systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Lead supplier governance meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to supplier governance, and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  10. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with governance processes and standards.
  11. Mentor and train junior supplier governance team members to ensure consistent application of processes and standards.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the supplier governance program to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent the company in supplier governance-related audits and inspections.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Supplier Governance And Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Supplier Relationship Management, Including Contract Negotiations, Performance Monitoring, And Issue Resolution.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Supplier Quality And Compliance.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Life Sciences.
