- Develop and implement effective governance processes for external suppliers in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, acting as the main point of contact for all governance-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supplier risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier processes, systems, and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate and educate internal stakeholders on supplier governance processes and requirements.
- Develop and maintain supplier governance metrics and reporting systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead supplier governance meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to supplier governance, and incorporate them into the company's processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with governance processes and standards.
- Mentor and train junior supplier governance team members to ensure consistent application of processes and standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the supplier governance program to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company in supplier governance-related audits and inspections.
Extensive Experience In Supplier Governance And Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Supplier Relationship Management, Including Contract Negotiations, Performance Monitoring, And Issue Resolution.
In-Depth Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Supplier Quality And Compliance.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Life Sciences.
