Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials that align with the company's overall procurement goals and objectives.
Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure a robust supply chain for raw materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality to understand material requirements and develop sourcing plans that meet business needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions and competitive pricing.
Monitor supplier performance and proactively address any issues to ensure timely delivery and quality of raw materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sourcing decisions and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Lead supplier relationship management activities, including regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sourcing processes and increase efficiency.
Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Qualifications
