- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on agile principles, practices, and processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share feedback and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and track team progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure that team members are adhering to agile principles and following established processes.
- Act as a servant leader and promote a collaborative and transparent work environment.
- Communicate and escalate any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior Scrum Masters and help them develop their skills.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in agile development methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and project managers to identify dependencies and coordinate project delivery.
- Proactively identify and address any conflicts or issues within the team.
- Continuously monitor team dynamics and take necessary steps to foster a positive and productive team culture.
Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm) Certification
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Scrum Master In A Large Organization
Experience Working In A Highly Regulated Industry, Such As Pharmaceuticals Or Biotechnology
Strong Understanding Of Agile Principles And Practices, As Well As Other Project Management Methodologies
Excellent Communication, Facilitation, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Coach And Mentor Team Members At All Levels Of The Organization.
