  1. Oversee and manage the supply chain process for our life-saving medicines, from production to delivery.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to patients worldwide, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to optimize supply chain operations.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and track shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and minimize stock shortages.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities and provide regular reports to management.
  7. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or challenges that may arise, such as delays or disruptions in production or shipping.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to ensure their understanding of processes and procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison between Amgen and external suppliers and vendors to maintain strong working relationships and ensure quality and timely deliveries.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  12. Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes and recommend improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Actively participate in company meetings and provide updates on supply chain activities and performance.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to Amgen's values and mission of developing innovative treatments for serious illnesses.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Tableau.
