Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Use financial data and analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making and provide insights to stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business cases and investment decisions.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics and variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
Communicate financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Act as a subject matter expert in financial matters and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and investors.
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
5+ Years Of Experience In A Financial Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Experience With Financial Reporting And Compliance, Including Gaap And Sox.
