Analyze and understand business requirements related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient and effective EAM solutions using SAP technology.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system enhancements.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot SAP EAM modules to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EAM systems, including bug fixes, system upgrades, and user training.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document EAM business processes and requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configurations, and user guides.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SAP EAM.
Identify and escalate issues and risks to project management and leadership teams.
Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of EAM solutions.
Train end-users on EAM processes and systems and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Continuously monitor and improve system performance and reliability.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP EAM and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements and system optimizations to drive business success.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Sap Eam: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Eam, Including Implementation, Configuration, And Support.
Strong Understanding Of Asset Management Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Asset Management Processes And Best Practices, Such As Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Management, And Inventory Management.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Specialist Sap Business Systems Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Complex Business Problems And Proposing Effective Solutions Using Sap Eam. Hence, Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are A Must.
Project Management Experience: Amgen Is Looking For A Candidate Who Has Experience Managing Sap Eam Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Coordinating With Stakeholders, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Solutions.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Specialist Sap Business Systems Analyst Will Work Closely With Various Teams, Including Business Users, It Teams, And External Consultants. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.
