- Investigate and resolve quality complaints from internal and external sources in a timely and thorough manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to quality control and complaints management.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and regulatory agencies, to address and resolve complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and track complaint trends to identify areas for improvement in product quality.
- Conduct thorough investigations and document findings in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all complaints and their resolutions.
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on quality control and complaint handling processes.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality complaint process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality control and complaint management.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceuticals.
3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Complaints Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As International Regulatory Requirements.
Experience In Conducting Investigations And Root Cause Analysis For Quality Complaints.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With External Stakeholders.
