Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Specialist In Manufacturing And New Product Introduction At Amgen Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Or A Related Discipline. This Knowledge Base Is Essential For Understanding Complex Manufacturing Processes And Developing Effective Solutions For New Product Introductions.
Previous Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry: Amgen Is A Leading Biotechnology Company, And Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Other Regulatory Requirements.
Project Management Skills: Npi Specialists At Amgen Are Responsible For Managing The Entire Product Introduction Process, From Concept To Commercialization. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential For Coordinating And Executing All Aspects Of The Npi Process Effectively.
