Conduct research and experiments related to RNA biology to support the development of new therapies for patients with serious illnesses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in RNA biology and incorporate them into research projects.
Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and scientific conferences.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new protocols and methodologies for RNA-based therapies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Mentor and train junior scientists on experimental techniques and data analysis.
Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support research projects.
Contribute to publications and patents related to RNA biology research.
Participate in project planning and strategy meetings.
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during research projects.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all experiments and data.
Continuously evaluate and improve laboratory processes and procedures.
Uphold a strong commitment to ethical and responsible scientific practices.

Job Qualifications

Phd In Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Industry Experience In Rna Biology Research
Extensive Knowledge And Expertise In Rna Biology Techniques, Including Rna Sequencing, Rna Interference, And Rna-Protein Interactions
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Leadership And Management In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Research Environment
Strong Publication Record In Peer-Reviewed Journals And Demonstrated Ability To Present Research Findings At Conferences And Meetings
