  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance understanding of immune responses and their impact on product safety and efficacy.
  5. Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in immunology and immunogenicity research.
  6. Design and optimize immunology and immunogenicity assays to support drug development.
  7. Lead and contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and presentations.
  8. Mentor and train junior scientists in immunology and immunogenicity techniques and concepts.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments and data.
  10. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external partners to provide updates on research progress and contribute to team meetings.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and protocols within the team.
  13. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events.
  14. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the team and across the organization.
  16. Continuously seek to improve processes and approaches to enhance research outcomes and efficiency.
  17. Act as a subject matter expert in immunology and immunogenicity within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Phd In Immunology Or Related Field: A Senior Scientist Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Immunology Or A Related Field, Demonstrating A Deep Understanding Of The Immune System, Immunological Techniques, And Current Research Trends.

  • Extensive Experience In Immunogenicity: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Immunogenicity Research, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Assays To Assess Immunogenicity In Drug Candidates.
