  1. Lead and drive the molecular analytics capabilities of the company's research and development efforts.
  2. Design and execute experiments using a variety of molecular techniques to support drug discovery projects.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex molecular data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for drug development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate molecular analytics into various stages of the drug discovery and development process.
  5. Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into the molecular analytics platform.
  6. Mentor and train junior scientists on molecular techniques and data analysis.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in the field of biotechnology.
  8. Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at scientific conferences.
  9. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies for molecular analytics experiments.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors for specialized molecular analytics services.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new assays and protocols for molecular analytics.
  12. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to molecular techniques and data analysis.
  13. Communicate results and progress to senior management and project teams.
  14. Play a key role in identifying and evaluating potential drug targets and therapeutic approaches.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Discipline (E.g. Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology) With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Industry Experience.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Molecular Analytics Techniques, Such As Pcr, Hplc, And Mass Spectrometry, With A Proven Track Record Of Applying These Techniques To Drug Discovery And Development.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Teams, With A Demonstrated Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Scientists.

  • Strong Publication Record And Experience Presenting Scientific Data To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Drug Development Process, Including Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.
