  1. Develop and implement clinical pharmacology strategies to support the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative treatments for patients.
  2. Utilize modeling and simulation techniques to optimize drug development and inform decision-making processes.
  3. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical pharmacology studies and provide guidance on study design and data interpretation.
  4. Evaluate and integrate preclinical and clinical data to support dose selection, drug-drug interaction assessment, and other key decisions in drug development.
  5. Stay current with the latest advancements in clinical pharmacology and modeling and simulation techniques, and apply this knowledge to enhance drug development strategies.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical pharmacology and modeling and simulation, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  7. Represent the Clinical Pharmacology, Modeling and Simulation team in internal and external meetings, including regulatory interactions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and alignment of strategies.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental processes and procedures, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  10. Act as a key stakeholder in the overall success of drug development programs, using your expertise to shape and guide decisions that impact patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Extensive Experience In Clinical Pharmacology, With A Focus On Modeling And Simulation Techniques.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Drug Development, Including The Application Of Modeling And Simulation In Clinical Trials.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Modeling And Simulation In Drug Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Scientific Data To Stakeholders.
