Develop and implement packaging strategies and solutions for Amgen's life-saving medicines.
Lead packaging design and development projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify packaging needs and requirements for new and existing products.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify cost-effective and innovative packaging solutions.
Oversee the testing and validation of packaging materials and processes to ensure product safety and integrity.
Manage timelines and budgets for packaging projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations on packaging initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, including FDA and ISO.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Packaging Development And Engineering Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Proficiency In Packaging Design Software Such As Solidworks And Autocad.
Strong Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Regulations, And Industry Standards.
Demonstrated Project Management Skills, Including Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Timelines And Budgets.
