Design, develop, and implement automation systems for manufacturing processes in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability of manufacturing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to understand and meet project requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems, ensuring minimal disruption to production
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to automation systems to ensure their proper functioning
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology, and integrate them into our manufacturing processes as appropriate
Develop and maintain documentation, including system design specifications, protocols, and reports
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to automation systems
Lead project teams and manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful completion of projects

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Automation And Control Systems: The Ideal Candidate For A Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer Position At Amgen Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Automation And Control Systems.
