Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Utilize your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and drive efficiency.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Salesforce Service Cloud: The Senior Manager Of Engineering Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce Service Cloud, Including Implementing And Customizing The Platform For Complex Business Processes.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Engineers, So The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Effectively Leading And Motivating A Team To Achieve Goals And Deliver High-Quality Results.
In-Depth Understanding Of Software Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Principles, As Well As Experience With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Tools.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, Cross-Functional Teams, And External Vendors. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.
