  9. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in predictive modeling and data analytics.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to meet business needs and deliver results.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Predictive Analytics, With A Track Record Of Successful Project Execution And Team Management.

  • Expertise In Statistical Modeling, Data Mining, And Machine Learning Techniques, With A Deep Understanding Of Predictive Analytics Tools And Platforms.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Ability To Translate Complex Data And Insights Into Actionable Recommendations For Senior Leadership.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision-Making At All Levels Of The Organization.
